Quarterback Robert Griffin III is widely considered the sock “king” of, perhaps, the entire sporting university as he is known to own countless pairs of socks ranging from your typical, everyday all blacks to some unorthodox pairs that would make traditional sock connoisseurs cower.

The young signal caller might have some competition for best sock game on the team though. For anyone who’s followed Niles Paul’s career since being drafted in the fifth round of the 2011 NFL Draft, you know that he has one of the more colorful personalities.

It couldn’t have been more evident than today, when he sported some patriotic red, white and blue socks with his burgundy and gold practice gear.
